What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are continually thanked for a job well done. It's something you normally don't hear from supervisors/managers in any company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that wages should be paid compared to your knowledge within the department. I work with a group of 17 people, some of which have worked in the company for 20 plus years. I know more and do more than they do and yet I'm compensated less per hour. I've worked at the company for 5 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help and support each other with questions and situations in our daily work flow. I know I can always count on my coworkers to help me if I'm having difficulty with a task.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an opportunity to work from home which I just started doing 8 months ago. It is a much more comfortable work environment, much quieter and relaxed. I truly enjoy it. I've never had a job that gave me this opportunity.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My immediate supervisor interviewed me. We seemed to hit it off right away and still have a good relationship. She actually told me that she liked me as soon as she met me. That meant a lot to me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just believe a higher pay scale for all that we are responsible for, money being paid out every day is a huge responsibility.
