Mr. Geoffrey S. M. Hedrick founded Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. in February 1988 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since September 8, 2008. Mr. Hedrick served as Chief Executive Officer at Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. from February 1988 to November 30, 2007. Prior to founding Innovative Solutions & Support Inc., he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Smiths Industries, North American Aerospace Companies. He founded Harowe Systems, Inc. in 1971. He has over 35 Years of experience in the Avionics Industry. He has been the Executive Chairman of Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. since 1997 and its Executive Director since 1988. Mr. Hedrick holds a number of patents in the Electronics, Optoelectric, Electromagnetic, Aerospace and Contamination-control Fields.

Mr. Relland M. Winand has been Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Solutions & Support Inc., since December 15, 2014. and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Winand served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of ORBIT/FR Inc. from March 3, 2008 to 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of ECC International Corp. He served as a consultant for Solomon Edwards Group LLC., from January 2014 to August 2014. He served in several capacities at Traffic.com, Inc. including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Administration. He has over 30 years' experience in financial management and reporting for both public domestic and international manufacturing companies. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Widener University.

Dr. Shahram Askarpour has been the President of Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. since April 02, 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since December 31, 2014. Dr. Askarpour joined the Company as a Director of Engineering in 2003, was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2005 and was promoted to President on April 2, 2012. Dr. Askarpour served as Vice President of Engineering for Innovative Solutions & Support for 7 years. He has more than 30 years of aerospace industry experience in managerial and technical positions. Prior to joining IS&S, Dr. Askarpour was employed by Smiths Aerospace (a division of Smiths Group PLC), Instrumentation Technology and Marconi Avionics. He holds a number of key patents in the aviation field. He was awarded the title of Associate Research Fellow for three consecutive years by Brunel University and has published numerous papers in leading international, peer reviewed journals. He received his engineering education in the United Kingdom and received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Middlesex University, a post graduate Certificate of Advanced Study in Systems Engineering and a PhD in Automatic Control from Brunel University. In addition, he has completed management courses at Carnegie Mellon University and finance courses at the Wharton Business School.
