My overall experience has been very positive. I just wish the company had better covid-19 policies, and a more flexible or hybrid work schedule. In office requirements can be useful, but it is outdated. A hybrid option is necessary.

I love IntelyCare overall. I truly do think a pay increase for all corporate employees is necessary due to inflation. Money is not always a determining factor in where to work, but with todays climate, it is a big one. Please seriously take this into consideration. Thank you.
