Ms. Tracy M. Ward has been the Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President at Intersections Inc. since August 2014. Ms. Ward joined Intersections in October 2006 and served as its Director of Treasury and Financial Reporting since February 2010. She worked for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation in various accounting positions and was employed on the tax staff of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Accounting and Income Tax from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Michael R. Stanfield co-founded CreditComm, the predecessor to Intersections Inc. in May 1996 and served as its Chairman since May 1996. Mr. Stanfield served as Chief Executive Officer of Intersections Inc. since May 1996. He was joined Loeb Partners Corporation, an affiliate of Loeb Holding Corporation, in November 1993 and served as the Managing Director until his resignation in August 1999. He has been involved in management information services and direct marketing through investments and management since 1982. Prior to beginning his operational career, he was an Investment Banker with Loeb, Rhoades & Co. and Wertheim & Co. Mr. Stanfield served as a Director of White Sky Inc. (alternate name, Guard ID Systems, Inc.) since September 2008. He serves as a Director of CCC Information Services Inc., and BWIA West Indies Airways. He has been a Director at Intersections Inc. of Intersections Insurance Services, Inc. since May 1996. Mr. Stanfield holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. Ronald L. Barden, also known as Ron has been the Chief Financial Officer at Intersections Inc since September 02, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Barden served as the Chief Financial Officer of WellAware Systems, Inc (WellAWARE, Inc.) since December 2010. Mr. Barden served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of WellAware Systems, Inc until May 1, 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of N1Health LLC. Mr. Barden spent ten years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Mr. Barden served as Chief Financial Officer of Agility Healthcare Solutions, LLC from 2007 to 2010. Prior to joining Agility, Mr. Barden served as Corporate Controller of Cadmus Communications Corporation, Managing Director of Reorganization, Senior Vice President & Controller of Heilig-Meyers Company. As Director of Reorganization for Heilig-Meyers Company, Mr. Barden served on the board of directors and led the restructuring initiative that resulting in the emergence of The RoomStore as an independent retail furniture chain with 65 stores and over $325 million in annual sales. Mr. Barden has ten years experience with Big Four accounting firms and served at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Mr. Barden received Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration in 2000 from the College of William & Mary and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.

Mr. Duane L. Berlin, Esq., has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Intersections Inc. since September, 2016. Mr. Berlin serves as Secretary of Ionic Fuel Technology Inc. He serves as Secretary of St. Lawrence Seaway corp. He is the Principal and Managing Attorney of Lev & Berlin, P.C., a Connecticut-based law firm, that represents public and private entities. He also serves as an Affiliate at Centripetal Capital Partners, Inc. where he participates in sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities and serves as a source of deal flow, capital, due diligence and expertise. Mr. Berlin was a Partner and Managing Director of Westwood Capital Partners, an SEC registered securities broker dealer from 2000 to 2003. He served as Secretary of FCCC Inc. since March 20, 2007. He serves as Director of St. Lawrence Seaway corp. Previously, Mr. Berlin served as Managing Principal of Lev & Berlin, P.C., and practiced law with Cummings & Lockwood. He is a member of the bars of Virginia and Connecticut. Mr. Berlin received his bachelor's degree from Brandeis University and his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami, where he served as an associate editor of the University of Miami Law Review and a member of the Society of the Wig and Robe. Mr. Berlin also completed studies at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Andrew Sykes has been President at Intersections Insurance Services, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Sykes founded Health at Work in 2008. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of product innovation, sales and business development experience in behavior-linked insurance products. Prior to Intersections, Mr. Sykes was the Founder and Chairman of Health At Work Wellness Actuaries LLC since 2008, where he led product innovation and company strategy, including the creation and development of BRATLAB. From March 2007 to November 2008, he served as Chief Wellness Officer of the Vitality Group Inc. Mr. Sykes holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from University of the Witwatersrand.

Ron Barden serves as the CFO of Intersections Inc.. Ron started at Intersections Inc. in Sep of 2014. Ron currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
