Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?

They put themselves into positions that don't actually effect them. They are also asking for special treatments yet don't consider anyone else. Again, very much a out for myself mentality. Maybe if they opened their eyes and looked at the big picture rather than themselves as the important detail.
