Ms. Linda D. Kornfeld, J.D., has been Partner and Vice Chair of Insurance Recovery Practice Group at Blank Rome LLP since October 2017. Ms. Kornfeld has been Partner at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP since May 2013 and serves as its Head of Los Angeles Office. She has been a Partner at Jenner & Block LLP since 2011. She was a Partner and Managing Partner of Los Angeles Office at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. She conducts an active trial and appellate practice, representing insureds in complex litigation matters. She also provides insurance risk management advice to her clients with respect to policy procurement and renewals. She has substantial litigation and trial experience and has handled major insurance coverage matters for a wide range of clients nationally, including in California, Delaware, New York, Michigan and Texas. She is also involved in women's leadership issues and engages in activities to promote the advancement of women into leadership positions in the legal and other professions. In fact, she is a frequent speaker and writer on the subject. 'Women Leaders Boost Profit,' an article co-authored by Ms. Kornfeld and Robin Cohen, appeared in the September 2006 issue of Barron's. She is widely recognized as a top litigator including as one of the Daily Journal's 100 Leading Women Lawyers in California and Benchmark's Top 250 Women in Litigation. She holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 1991 and her B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
