He serves as Director of First Federal Savings Bank. He has been a Director of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp, Inc. since January 2013. He has been a Director of CKF BanCorp. Inc., and Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank since 1999. He is a member of the Rotary Club, the Board of Directors of the Danville County Club, the Board of Directors of the Heart of Danville and the Lexington Avenue Baptist Church.

Mr. Hulette has been President of First Federal Savings Bank of Frankfort, (a subsidiary of Kentucky First Federal BanCorp. Inc.), since March 2007 and as its Treasurer and Vice President since 2000. He served as Treasurer, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Frankfort First BanCorp. Inc. He serves as the President of First Federal Savings Bank - Frankfort at Kentucky First Federal Bancorp. He serves as Treasurer of First Federal Savings Bank - Frankfort at Kentucky First Federal Bancorp. He serves as a Director of First Federal Savings Bank a subsidiary of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp. He serves as a Director of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp, Inc. (prior to the merger, it is known as Frankfort First BanCorp. Inc.). He served as Director of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Hulette is a member of the Frankfort Rotary Club and The Gideons International and served as a Board member and Officer of those local Organizations. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
