As a US employee, this French company devalues any non-French employees, yet they are unable to deliver themselves. Quite literally everything you do is wrong and they want you to do it differently.

They paid me a reasonable salary, but complain constantly how expensive the US compared to France. This is largely due to the fact France subsidizes the industry.

Unfortunately many of the high-level managers are French and speak translate to communicate in English. They say they document in English, but much of what is produced is in French only and literally they expect you to translate the documentation with Microsoft word. Not a Global company!!
