My manager seems actually concerned with my well being
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Unfortunately many of the high-level managers are French and speak translate to communicate in English. They say they document in English, but much of what is produced is in French only and literally they expect you to translate the documentation with Microsoft word. Not a Global company!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having access to medical, dental, vision, an HSA and a 401K
They paid me a reasonable salary, but complain constantly how expensive the US compared to France. This is largely due to the fact France subsidizes the industry.

More collaboration and team work. Create a team environment

The amount of hispanic colleagues is suprising

Toxic environment that leads with fear.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better managers that are coaches and not dry corporate leaders with outdated tactics. Managers who truly care.
