Mr. G. Larry Lawrence has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Natural Gas Services Group Inc. since July 1, 2011 and as its Principal Accounting Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer since January 1, 2011. Mr. Lawrence served as a Manager of Accounting of Natural Gas Services Group Inc. since January 1, 2011 and its Controller since September 2010. He served as Controller of ARCO Permian from 1993 to May 2000. From 1973 to May 2000, he was employed by Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). He served as a Controller of Pure Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Unocal Corporation from May 2004 to April 2006. He served as a Practice Manager of Parson Group, LLC from June 2000 to May 2004. From September 2006 to August 2009, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lynx Operating Company. He has been a Director at Legacy Reserves GP LLC, the General Partner of LEGACY RESERVES LP since May 1, 2006. From June 2006 to August 2010, he was self employed as a management consultant doing business as Crescent Consulting. Mr. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, with honors from Dillard University.

Mr. Kyle A. McGraw has been the Chief Development Officer, Executive Vice President at Legacy Reserves GP LLC, General Partner of Legacy Reserves L P since March 16, 2012. Mr. McGraw served as Secretary of Legacy Reserves GP LLC at Legacy Reserves L P. from March 16, 2012 to May 9, 2012. Mr. McGraw served as Executive Vice President of Business Development - Legacy Reserves GP LLC and Executive Vice President of Land - Legacy Reserves GP LLC of Legacy Reserves L P. since October 2005. Mr. McGraw served as General Manager of Brothers Production Company since 1991 and became President in 2003. He has 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry in the Permian Basin. He served in numerous capacities including reservoir and production engineering, acquisition evaluation and land management in Brothers Production Company. Mr. McGraw has been Director of Legacy Reserves GP LLC, general partner of Legacy Reserves LP since October 2005. He is a registered Professional Engineer (inactive status) in the state of Texas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Kyle M. Hammond has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Legacy Reserves Gp Llc, General Partner at Legacy Reserves LP since March 1, 2015. Mr. Hammond served as Vice President of Operations (Permian Division & Alaska) of XTO Energy Inc. Prior to joining XTO in 1998, Mr. Hammond worked for BOGO Energy Corporation and Oryx Energy. He is a 1985 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. James Daniel Westcott, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Legacy Reserves GP, LLC, a General Partner of Legacy Reserves LP since September 24, 2012. Mr. Westcott is a Principal of Credit Businesses at The Blackstone Group LP. Mr. Westcott served as a Principal at GSO Capital Partners LP. At GSO Capital, he was involved in the sourcing, structuring, evaluation and management of debt and equity investments for public and private companies in the energy and power industries. Prior to joining GSO Capital Partners LP, he was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan's Global Energy Group. Mr. Westcott was an Investment Banking Professional at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He serves as a Director of Bear Tracker Energy LLC. He also serves as a Director of Compass Well Services LLC, Energy Alloys LLC and Peace Gospel International. Mr. Westcott has a Master of Science degree in Management Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science Technology & Society both from Stanford University.

Mr. Dan G. Leroy has been Vice President and General Counsel of Legacy Reserves GP LLC, General Partner of Legacy Reserves Lp since May 1, 2012 and also its Secretary of Legacy Reserves Gp Llc since May 9, 2012. Prior to joining Legacy, Mr. LeRoy served at Cotton Bledsoe Tighe & Dawson, P.C. since 1987, including as the President for multiple terms. He served as President of the Board of Directors of Cotton Bledsoe Tighe & Dawson, P.C., where he specialized in energy-related finance, securities and acquisition transactions for 25 years. Mr. LeRoy has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Kansas State University and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Notre Dame Law School.
