Terrible customer service. Cannot gain access to oerson without it taking iver an hour on an automated phone aystem. Once yiu reach a person they cannot assist you properly. No one is available to speak with in the eacrow dept and departments do not communicate with eachother to resolve problems.

Customer experience is the WORST I've ever encountered. No accountability, no ownership, lack of willingness to help, lack of resolution. We've had to contact this company to which our loan was involuntary transferred to 15+ times now and our issue is STILL not resolved.
