Mr. Jurgen Vanhoenacker serves as Executive Director of Sales and Wealth Structuring at Lombard International Assurance S.A. Prior to joining Lombard, Jurgen worked for PwC Management Consultants Luxembourg and Banque Indosuez (now Credit Agricole).

Phil Trussell has been Senior Managing Director at Lombard International Assurance S.A., since September 2016 and lead the growth of its life insurance operations in the region.

Mr. Michael Gordon has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lombard International at Lombard International Assurance S.A. Mr. Gordon served as the Global Head of Insurance Solutions at BNY Mellon. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tiber Capital Management, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon that oversees assets for insurance and reinsurance companies. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, he served as an Executive at New York Life Insurance Company, where he was responsible for spearheading investment and insurance product management, sales as well as marketing functions. He is also a Director of Lombard International at Lombard International Assurance S.A.

Ms. Tsui Lu, also known as Tammy , has been Chief Executive Officer for Asia at Lombard International Assurance S.A. since January 2016. Ms. Lu served as Deputy Chairman in Greater China at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc.

Mr. Ken Kilbane serves as Head of Global Distribution and Executive Vice President of Lombard International Assurance S.A. Mr. Kilbane served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Philadelphia Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Kilbane served as President of Transamerica Insurance & Investment Group at Transamerica Corporation. Mr. Kilbane joined to Philadelphia Financial with 23 years of experience in business development, financial management, insurance operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining us, Mr. Kilbane spent 14 years with Transamerica and most served as President of Transamerica's international life operations. Mr. Kilbane received a B.S. from California State University.

Mr. Robert MacIntyre has been the Head of Wealth Structuring Solutions Unit at Lombard International Assurance S.A. since March 10, 2014. Merrill Lynch leads a 20-member team offering wealth planning capabilities to Lombard's business partners and their clients. Merrill Lynch joined Lombard over a year ago. Robert MacIntyre served as Chief of Wealth Planning for the EMEA region at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Christoph Habluetzel has been Head for Switzerland at Lombard International Assurance S.A. since November 2015. Mr. Habluetzel is responsible for further developing and growing the Lombard International Assurance's wealth management activity and commercial strategy from its base in Switzerland, incorporating the German, French and Italian speaking regions. Prior to joining Lombard International Assurance, he served with Coutts & Co as head Swiss onshore. He has over 26 years in insurance and in the wealth management industry in Switzerland, also served as Branch Manager at Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse), responsible for the Swiss and EMEA wealth management activities.

Helmer Arizmendy serves as Head of Latin America Region and Senior Managing Director of Lombard International Assurance S.A.
