While I am engineer, I do a lot for the company that goes above and beyond my job description and I don't always feel that I'm recognized for it. Asking questions and learning new things is encouraged and there are a lot of people willing to sit down and teach you.

I know that other companies have higher salaries for my position, I see it on LinkedIn a lot. I would feel better about my compensation if bonuses were larger and distributed according to which people/offices had done the most work to earn those bonuses.
