Dr. Karen E. Potts, Ph.D. has been Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at MEI Pharma, Inc. since October 2014. Dr. Potts served as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of Trius Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2012 to September 2013. Dr. Potts served as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of Trius Therapeutics, Inc. since September, 2009. Dr. Potts has enjoyed a career spanning both biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies where she has successfully led global regulatory teams to facilitate the development, approval, and life cycle management of therapeutic drugs and biologics. She joined Trius from Allergan, where she was responsible for global regulatory strategy and policy. She served as Senior Director, Regulatory Policy at Allergan, where she was responsible for global regulatory strategy and policy. Dr. Potts held various strategic regulatory positions at Isis Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Agouron Pharmaceuticals. She began her career as a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Disease Control, Division of HIV/AIDs, and subsequently became a Senior Research Scientist in Infectious Disease at Searle. Dr. Potts received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Smith College and a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Emory University.

Mr. David M. Urso, Esq., JD has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at MEI Pharma, Inc. since April 8, 2014. Mr. Urso has more than two decades of experience in the life science industry. Mr. Urso has a scientific background in molecular immunology and has experience in corporate securities and intellectual property transactions in the life science industry. He served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Tioga Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which he co-founded in 2005. He was also responsible for intellectual property and regulatory matters relating to the commercialization of pharmacogenetic products. Mr. Urso joined MEI Pharma after eight years at Tioga Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as a Principal at Forward Ventures, where he was responsible for identifying and developing life science venture capital investments. Mr. Urso joined Forward Ventures in April 2002 as a Senior Associate and focused on identifying and researching investment opportunities. Previously, he served as a Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs with DNA Sciences, Inc., where Mr. Urso negotiated and executed corporate partnering, acquisition and equity transactions. From 1995 to 2000, he was an Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and at Cooley Godward LLP, where he focused on corporate securities and intellectual property transactions involving private and publicly traded life science companies. Mr. Urso was a Bench Scientist in the Gene Expression Sciences Labs at SmithKline Beecham and at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He served as a Director of Tioga Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is an Attorney. He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Philosophy from Reed College.

Mr. Brian G. Drazba, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer of MEI Pharma, Inc. since April 3, 2017 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Drazba served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly known as AP Pharma Inc.) since October 29, 2013 until March 31, 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since October 29, 2013. Mr. Drazba served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at ISTA Pharmaceuticals Inc. since June 2009 to December 2012. Mr. Drazba served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Insight Health Corp. (Alternative Name is American Health Services Corp.) since June 1995 and 1992 respectively. From 1992 to 2009, Mr. Drazba held various positions of increasing responsibility within Insight Health Corp., most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Drazba was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Insight Health Services Corp. since May 22, 2003 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Drazba served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of InSight Health Services Holdings Corp., and Insight Health Services Corp. since May 22, 2003. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of InSight Health Services Holdings Corp., and Insight Health Services Corp. Mr. Drazba served as Senior Vice President of finance at Insight Health Services Holdings Corp. from July 1997 to May 22, 2003 and also served as its Corporate Controller. From March 1996 to July 1997, he served as Vice President-finance of InSight Health Services Corp. Since June 1995, he has served as Vice President-finance of AHS. Mr. Drazba served as corporate Controller for AHS from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Drazba is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and received a B.A. degree in accounting from the University of San Diego.

Dr. Robert D. Mass, M.D. has been the Chief Medical Officer of MEI Pharma, Inc. since June 1, 2011 and as its Consultant since October 2010. Dr. Mass has more than 20 years of experience as a Medical Oncologist in both clinical practice and clinical drug development. Dr. Mass joined Marshall Edwards after more than a decade at Genentech, where he played a leading role in the clinical development of blockbuster oncology drugs Herceptin???, Tarceva??? and Avastin???. He held a number of leadership positions at Genentech from 1998 to 2009, lastly as Head of Medical Affairs, BioOncology. Previously, Dr. Mass served as Clinical Science Leader for Herceptin from 1999 to 2002, Tarceva from 2002 to 2003 and Avastin from 2003 to 2007. Prior to joining Genentech, he practiced Hematology and Medical Oncology from 1988 to 1998. Dr. Mass is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tufts University and his Medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University.

Richard Ghalie serves as the Senior Vice President, Clinical Development of MEI Pharma. Richard started at MEI Pharma in Mar of 2016. Richard currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.

Ofir Moreno serves as the Vice President of R&D of MEI Pharma. Ofir started at MEI Pharma in Jul of 2012. Ofir currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.

Virginia Sankey serves as the Executive Director of Finance of MEI Pharma. Virginia currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.
