I have learned a lot and gained a lot of opportunities (including learning new things) during my years here. We are not just working and making money, our works and opinions are highly valued and every feedback is constructive. I really can't expect better.

That we are given 'authority' and trust to manage the teams, i.e management don't micro manage. And yet they are all very accessible. Any level of management are always accessible when we need help.

Everyone is accessible. Whatever you need, whenever you need guidance, there are people around. Also we have an internal work system that makes it efficient for both multinational and headquarter teams to work in sync.

Everyone is so busy but they are nice and caring. In addition, we are always learning new things. We are facilitated to stay up to date with latest indutry findings, encouraged to do our research and learn, and then there is an open meeting to discuss any questions we might have.
