My experience has been great. Onboarding has been the easiest process and everyone is helpful.
My time at SmartSites has been incredible. The team and managers are extremely supportive. Going from in office to remote work was a big change, but something that was for the better.
I have been loving it here!
My overall experience has been positive. This is a fast-growing company and can sometimes experience some growing pains, but the people all care about each other. Personal career growth and education is highly encouraged which I love.
