Mr. Jeffrey W. Benck, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lantronix, Inc. since December 7, 2015. Mr. Benck has more than 20 years of technology and systems experience. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Emulex Corporation from July 12, 2013 to May 5, 2015 and its President from August 24, 2010 to May 5, 2015, Chief Operating Officer from May 12, 2008 to July 12, 2013 and Executive Vice President from May 12, 2008 to August 24, 2010. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of QLogic Corp., from April 20, 2007 to March 14, 2008. He served as IBM's Vice President of Development for Modular and Blade Systems at IBM in Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC. He served for 19 years at IBM and held a variety of executive positions including development, marketing, operations and General Manager for IBM's BladeCenter product line. He served as Vice President of xSeries Servers, BladeCenter and Retail Store Solutions Development of IBM and his focus included growth initiatives, product development, marketing & strategy, portfolio management and customer relationships. He has been a Director of Netlist Inc. since June 21, 2016 and Lantronix, Inc. since December 7, 2015. He served as a Member of IBM's Integration and Values Team. He served as a Director of Emulex Corporation from July 2013 to May 5, 2015. He was honored with the IBM Chairman's Award for Client Excellence. Mr. Benck received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and Masters of Science Degree in Management of Technology from University of Miami.

Ms. Gail M. Sasaki has been the Chief Financial Officer of Netlist Inc. since January 2008 and serves as its Vice President and Secretary. Ms. Sasaki served as Vice President of Finance at Netlist Inc. since January 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She was responsible for all management of accounting functions, including internal and external reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial forecasting, corporate governance, bank relations and treasury. She joined Netlist in January 2006. Ms. Sasaki negotiated Netlist's $40 million line of credit with Wells Fargo Bank and assisted with managing Netlist's Human Resources, Information Technology and Law departments/functions. Ms. Sasaki served as Chief Financial Officer of MicroNet Technology Inc. While at MicroNet, she facilitated the MicroNet's sales growth and expansion in the US, Japan and Europe. She also managed MicroNet's worldwide Human Resources, Operations, corporate Information Technology and Accounting functions. She served as Audit Manager of Ernst and Young. She served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer of eMotion Inc. While at eMotion, she managed and negotiated several public and private financings, acquisitions and the eMotion's eventual merger with a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak. She managed all aspects of Human Resources, corporate Information Technology and Accounting. Ms. Sasaki earned a Bachelor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Magna cum Laude and was a Chancellor's Marshall. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Ki Hong Paik serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Netlist Inc. Mr. Paik served as Vice President of Procurement Vice President of Procurement, has over 10 years of experience in purchasing and supply base management. Mr. Paik is responsible for all component procurement and supplier relationships at Netlist. Mr. Paik has over 10 years of experience in purchasing and supply base management. Prior to joining Netlist in 2001, Mr. Paikwas the owner and President of L'argent Corp., based in Washington D.C. Mr. Paik received his BS in Finance from the American University.

Dr. Hyun Lee serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Netlist Inc. Dr. Lee has over 33 years of experience in transistor to system level design. Prior to joining Netlist 4 years ago, He was on the design teams of Lucent Technologies, AT&T Bell labs and Conexant Systems. He s the holder of over 17 patents. Dr. Lee received his PhD in Information Theory from Lehigh University, and in addition holds an MSEE and BSEE from the University of Michigan.

Jay Bhakta serves as the CTO for Netlist, Inc. Jay started at Netlist, Inc in January of 2000. Jay is based in the Orange County, California Area.
