Mr. Ram Krishnan has been the Chief Executive Officer of NTN Buzztime Inc., since September 15, 2014 and serves as its President. Mr. Krishnan has substantial business development experience, leadership skills and extensive experience in transitioning businesses through changing market and business conditions. Mr. Krishnan served as General Manager at Active Network, LLC. He served as Senior General Manager of Communities at Active Network since November 2011 and Senior Vice President since November 2011 until March 2014. Prior to Active Network, he held several senior positions at GE and its affiliates from 1997 to 2011. At GE, he held Global Vice President and General Manager of the Specialty Solutions Radiology Division of Healthcare IT division from May 2008 to November 2011 and General Manager of Services at Healthcare IT division from September 2005 to May 2008. He has been a Director of NTN Buzztime Inc. since September 15, 2014. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Allen Wolff has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of NTN Buzztime Inc., since December 29, 2014 and January 2016, respectively. From July 2013 to December 2014, Mr. Wolff served as the Chief Financial Strategist of PlumDiggity, a financial and marketing strategy firm that he co-founded. He joined 365 Retail Markets as the Chief Financial Officer in 2012 and served in that role until July 2013. From July 2011 to April 2013, simultaneous with his role at 365 Retail Markets, he was an investor and had the leadership role of Game Changer at Crowdrise, an online fundraising platform co-founded by the actor Edward Norton. He joined Crowdrise after incubating Retail Capital, LLC, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to July 2011. He served as President of PaySimple. He co-founded PaySimple, Inc. in 2005 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, departing in January 2011. He was responsible for new business development and strategic financial planning with a primary objective of working in conjunction with customers to design customized PaySimple solutions that optimize business efficiencies. He served as President of Conclave Group. He serves as an Associate of SpaceVest focusing on venture capital investments in Next Generation Networks. He serves as an Observer on the boards of etNetworks and MDLinx and formerly was an Observer on the board of Woodwind Communications Systems (acquired by Vina Technologies). He served as an Associate of RedShift Ventures and SpaceVest III, L.P. He structured a Joint Venture to open a BD's Mongolian Barbeque restaurant in Bethesda, Maryland, in which he maintains an ownership position and has converted into a franchise unit. From September 1998 to August 2012, Mr. Wolff was a Principal for a casual dining restaurant. He served as a Director of 365 Retail Markets. He won the CEO Club of Baltimore Business Plan of the Year Award and managed the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship's Business Plan Review service at University of Maryland. Mr. Wolff received his B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Maryland, R.H. Smith School of Business.

Ms. Sandra Gurrola has been the Vice President of Finance at NTN Buzztime Inc. since September 8, 2014 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Gurrola has over 15 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in leadership roles for publicly traded companies. Ms. Gurrola joined NTN Buzztime Inc. in November 2009 as the Director of Accounting. Ms. Gurrola served as Interim Principal Accounting Officer of NTN Buzztime Inc. since September 8, 2014 and served as its Controller. Ms. Gurrola holds a B.A. in English from San Diego State University.

Ms. Alexandra Gerritsen, MBA, PMP has been the Senior Director of Operations at NTN Buzztime Inc. since January 2015. Ms. Gerritsen leverages her experience in project and program management across the various functions of Buzztime's business. Ms. Gerritsen served as the Director of Program Management Office at NTN Buzztime Inc. since June 2014. Ms. Gerritsen served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at NTN Buzztime Inc. since joining it in 2012.

Andy Platter serves as the VP of Engineering of NTN Buzztime. Andy started at NTN Buzztime in Jul of 2014. Andy currently resides in the Las Vegas, Nevada Area.

Robert Carney serves as the Vice President of NTN Buzztime. Robert started at NTN Buzztime in Oct of 2011. Robert currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
