Mr. Kevin R. Hoben has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Omegaflex, Inc. since 2005 and 1996 respectively. Prior to joining Omega Flex Inc, Mr. Hoben served in a number of senior executive positions with Titeflex Corporation. Mr. Hoben has been Chairman and Director of Omega Flex Limited since 2001. He has been a Director of OmegaFlex, Inc. since 1996. Mr. Hoben serves as a Trustee of Williston-Northampton School, a private secondary school in Easthampton, Massachusetts.

Mr. Mark F. Albino has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of OmegaFlex, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Albino served as Senior Vice President - Manufacturing & Engineering at OmegaFlex, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Mr. Albino served a variety of positions in manufacturing and engineering with Titeflex Corporation and Western Consolidated Technologies. Mr. Albino has been a Director at OmegaFlex, Inc. since 1996 and as Omega Flex Limited since 2001.

Mr. Steven A. Treichel has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Facilities Management at Omegaflex, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Treichel served as Senior Vice President of R&D at OmegaFlex, Inc. Since 2002. He served as Vice President, TracPipe??? Operations of OmegaFlex, Inc. and was responsible for engineering for its product line and research and development. Previously, he served as Vice President of Omegaflex, Inc. in manufacturing and in engineering from 1990 to 2002 and also served as its Plant Manager and Process Engineer from 1984 to 1990. Prior to joining Omega Flex, he served a number of managerial positions at American Flexible Hose Company from 1978 to 1984, in manufacturing of metal hose fabrication, welding and assembly.

Steve Trichel serves as the Sr vp corporate development of OmegaFlex. Steve currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Ed Moran serves as the Vice President, Residential Markets of OmegaFlex. Ed currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
