Dr. Ramesh Kumar, Ph.D., co-founded Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. in 1998 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1998. Dr. Kumar served as Senior Director of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. He has held positions in R&D or management at Princeton University, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DNX (later Nextran, a subsidiary of Baxter) and Kimeragen (Now Valigen), where he served as President of the Genomics and Transgenics Division. He serves as Director of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Kumar has published more than 50 publications spanning the areas of molecular oncology, transgenic animals, gene therapy and recombination. He is an inventor in 8 US Patents and many Patent applications. He co-edited the book Molecular Basis of Human Cancer in 1993. Dr. Kumar received his Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois, Chicago and trained at the National Cancer Institute.

Dr. E. Premkumar Reddy, Ph.D., Founded Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. in 1998 and serves its Lead Scientific Advisor. Dr. Reddy is a renowned scientist with a specific interest in molecular oncology. He is the Director of the Fels Institute for Cancer Research and Molecular Biology of the Temple University. He is a pioneer in the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer and the development of novel anticancer strategies. Dr. Reddy is the author of more than 200 publications and several dozen patent applications. He founded Onconova in 1998. He has been a Director of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc., since February 1999 He is a co-editor of the international journal of cancer research, Oncogene, published by Stockton Press. Among Dr. Reddy's many accomplishments is the co-invention of a diagnostic procedure used in AIDS testing and the novel drug candidates being developed by Onconova.

Mr. Mark Patrick Guerin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. since September 1, 2016 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer to September 7, 2016. Mr. Guerin served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Accounting at Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2013 to September 1, 2016. Mr. Guerin served as Chief Accounting Officer from May 9, 2014 to February 18, 2016. Mr. Guerin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Cardiokine, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and received his B.S. in accounting from DeSales University, Center Valley, PA.

Dr. Manoj Maniar, Ph.D has been Senior Vice President of Product Development of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2005. Dr. Maniar is responsible for Product Development at Onconova. He served as Vice President of Drug Development of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Maniar was with SRI International where he held the position of Senior Director, Formulation and Drug Development. Dr. Maniar has contributed to the development and commercialized his several pharmaceutical products and medical devices during his career. He has authored more than 75 patents, publications and presentations in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Maniar received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Bombay College and his PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Connecticut.

Mark Guerin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Onconova Therapeutics, Inc.. Mark started at Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. in September of 2013. Mark currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.
