Being responsible for their product no matter who the manufacturer is.

Replace new broken appliance when delivered broken to begin with, not make me wait for repair on brand new appliance that was reported to the company as leaking gas. Or the broken new washer after 6 weeks owned and then after a month of waiting ordering/bringing the wrong part, still broken,Waiting

Great customer service I was helping when I need help with items I need to purchase
