Mr. Jeffrey L. Parker is the Co-Founder of ParkerVision Inc. and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since August 1989. Mr. Parker served as the President at Parkervision Inc. from April 1993 to June 1998. From March 1983 to August 1989, he served as an Executive Vice President for Parker Electronics, Inc. Mr. Parker has been a Director of Parkervision Inc. since August 1989.

Mr. David F. Sorrells has been the Chief Technology Officer of ParkerVision Inc. since September 1996. From June 1990 to September 1996, Mr. Sorrells served as an Engineering Manager of ParkerVision Inc. He has been a Director of ParkerVision Inc. since January 1997.

Mr. John Stuckey has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Parkervision Inc., since June 2008. Mr. Stuckey served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Parkervision Inc., from July 2004 to June 2008. Prior to joining ParkerVision, he spent five years at Thomson, Inc. where he served as a Director of Business Development until July 2004. Mr. Stuckey has held key management positions in marketing, product management, business development and strategic acquisitions for global organizations in retail, professional and OEM markets.

Ms. Cynthia L. Poehlman has been the Chief Financial Officer at Parkervision Inc. since June 2004 and has been its Company Secretary since August 2007 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. From March 1994 to June 2004, Ms. Poehlman served as a Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Parkervision Inc. Ms. Poehlman holds a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida since 1989.

Cynthia Poehlman serves as the Chief financial officer for ParkerVision. Cynthia started at ParkerVision in December of 1994. Cynthia is based in the Jacksonville, Florida Area.
