Mr. Maxim C. W. Webb, also known as Max, has been the Chairman of PICO Holdings, Inc. since November 2016 and as its Chief Executive Officer and President since October 12, 2016. Mr. Webb served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of PICO Holdings Inc. from May 14, 2001 to October 12, 2016 and served as its Secretary from May 2014 to October 12, 2016. Mr. Webb served as Senior Investment Analyst with Global Equity Corporation. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of PICO Holdings Inc. He served as Vice President of Investments of Citation Insurance Group and Pico Holdings Inc. since November 20, 1998. Mr. Webb joined Global Equity Corporation in 1993 and was initially responsible for setting up Global Equity Corporation's Asian corporate finance activities. He served as an Officer of Global Equity Corporation since November 1997. He served in various capacities with the Global Equity Corporation group of companies since 1993, including Vice President, Investments of Forbes Ceylon Limited from 1994 to 1996. Mr. webb worked in a number of corporate finance positions in the U.K., Asia and North America in a wide variety of industries. He worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in its London and Toronto offices with responsibilities for managing a variety of client merger and acquisition, corporate disposal and due diligence assignments. He has been a Director of PICO Holdings Inc. since November 2016. He has been a Director of Mendell Energy Technologi since January 2000. He served as a Director of UCP, Inc. since May 2013. He has also served as a Member of the board of managers of pico northstar management, llc and its subsidiaries, since January 2011. He served as a Director at Spigit, Inc. He is a trustee of the bishop's school in san diego. Mr. Webb served as a Director of SISCOM, Inc., a subsidiary of PICO Holdings Inc. since November 1996. He served as a Director of Satellite Information Systems Co. since November 1996 in conjunction with Global Equity Corporation transaction. Mr. Webb holds a BS Degree in Zoology from London University in 1982 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.

Mr. John T. Perri has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of PICO Holdings Inc. since October 12, 2016. Mr. Perri served as the Chief Accounting Officer of PICO Holdings Inc. since 2010 until October 2016 and had been its Vice President since April 2003 until October 2016. He served as Vice President of Finance at PICO Holdings since August 2003. Mr. Perri served in various capacities since joining PICO Holdings Inc. in 1998, including Financial Reporting Manager, Vice President of Finance since August 2003 and Corporate Controller from April 2003 to 2010.

John Perri serves as the Chief Financial Officer of PICO Holdings, Inc.. John started at PICO Holdings, Inc. in June of 1998. John currently resides in Greater San Diego Area.
