Mr. David Mahlab has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Pointer Telocation Ltd. since February 1, 2011. He is the Co-Founder of Scopus Technology. Mr. Mahlab co-founded Harmonic Video Networks Ltd. in 1995 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1995. He served in the IDF as an Electronics Engineer in an Intelligence R&D unit. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Mahlab managed the Tadiran RPV Data Links business unit with an R&D staff of fifty people. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Mahlab managed the development of the Tadiran Airborne Search and Rescue System that to this day is the de-facto pilot rescue system used by NATO armies. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Harmonic Video Networks Ltd. since January 5, 2007 and has been a Director since 1995. Mr. Mahlab holds four academic diplomas. He holds the rank of Major (res.). He holds a B.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) and M.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and completed an MBA and LLB from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Yaniv Dorani has been Chief Financial Officer of Pointer Telocation Ltd. since April 1, 2017. Mr. Dorani served as Vice President of Finance for Pointer's Cellocator Division and Pointer Israel at Pointer Telocation Ltd. from 2014 to April 1, 2017. Mr. Dorani has been with the Pointer Telocation since 2008. He served as the Finance Manager of the Cellocator division at Pointer Telocation. Prior to joining Pointer, Mr. Dorani served as Corporate Controller at Medis Technologies and Assistant Controller at Delta Galil Industries. Before joining Delta Galil, Mr. Dorani was a Senior Auditor for accounting firm, KPMG, in Israel. Mr. Dorani has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, CPA certification and a Master of Business Administration from Bar Ilan University in Tel Aviv.

Mr. Zvi Fried served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pointer Telocation Ltd. from February 1, 2007 to April 1, 2017 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President until April 1, 2017. Mr. Fried served as the Chief Financial Officer of the publicly traded Chim Nir and Finance Director for Amdocs. He has broad Senior Experience of Global Financial Operations including: Controllership, Worldwide Planning and Forecasting, Risk Management, Sales, Marketing and Distribution. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting degree from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Gary D. MacDowell is the President and Chief Executive Officer at NexusData Inc. Gary was responsible for the start-up operation of NexusData in May of 1998. Before joining NexusData, Inc., Gary spent five years at Motorola as Vice President and Director, Paging Products Group, where he was responsible for sales and business development of two-way messaging products for North America. Prior to Motorola, Gary was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Infoswitch Corp., an industry leader of integrated telecommunications and host processing systems for large customer service call centers.

Micha Kraus has been Chief Executive Officer of Shagrir Vehicle Systems Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexus Telocation Systems Ltd. since August 1, 2005. Mr. Kraus has served for many years as the deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nexus Telocation Systems Ltd.
