Charge and Mission Statement
The OIT Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee serves as an advisory committee, reporting to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Portland State University.
To create a diverse and inclusive environment within OIT and to ensure the services offered by OIT are provided with an equity lens, the OIT JEDI Committee will:
Facilitate continuous dialogue and learning opportunities for OIT.
Create partnerships across campus with others who are engaging in diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
Strive to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of work within OIT.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of JEDI initiatives and OIT culture.
