What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistently focused on the PEOPLE first!
they are smart and efficient
tough but fair, caring, hard working
Our Associate VP/CIO (Kirk Kelly) is an amazing leader. While he is great on the tech side of things, he shines in how much he cares for his staff; his motto "employees are our number one value" is obvious in his actions. Employeoes love him and we are lucky to have him on our side.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great vacation and sick leave accrual, great retirement match
the retirement and pension package
the match amount for retirement
My standard benefits are amazing (healthcare, pension with my share covered). The additional tuition remission and ability to audit classes for free has greatly improved my career and knowledge.

the friendships that blossom from hard work
Everyone is really passionate about supporting the PSU mission through technology. They try hard and want to support the PSU community and each other. I'm so grateful to work with so many awesome people.

People really care about one another, there is a really strong focus on employee engagement

my boss is rarely in the office so that is nice

It was practical and relevant - they asked questions that directly correlated to the work I would be doing. They also provided opportunities to meet with several groups of people within the organization.
