I have nothing but good things to say about the management and executive team at Serpa. Sometimes it is a bit of an isolated on an island feel when I am out in the field but my manager is always willing to join in on calls to help.

What do people at ProMach think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
They feel he's incredibly passionate about the business and is in full support of nurturing entrepreneurship and innovation within the divisions.
I think for the most part the employees are very positive about the ceo, some feel the ceo may not have listened to some of the employees who have been there a long time

Hunting, exercising, and local charitable causes, and clubs

My coworkers are always willing to teach, I think they are some of the greatest people I have ever met
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ProMach?
I wouldnt make any changes
What part of ProMach's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The machining business is booming I don't think any is having difficulties

One interview and then corporate handles getting appointments lined up

All very typical interview questions, they want people to come on board and stay there and not job hop

Good vibes and always willing to help out in the shop

I feel it is great

3 weeks to start 4 at 5 years and 5 at 20 years I do believe

For the most part they want good parts to come out of the department so the pace is not very fast

The chance for advancement to learn other machines

I have not been involved in an outing yet

Very challenged, not just a button pusher

I think pro mach gives the employees plenty of information about what is happening in the future

How's the morale at ProMach?
I feel the morale in my department for the most part is great and very positive. There is one individual who does not have the same positive look as the rest of the department. One out of about 10 others is not to shabby. His attitude does not bring the rest of the department down.
