Mr. Mark D. Hull is a Principal of Prospect Capital Management L.P. Mr. Hull has been with Prospect since June 2006 and focuses on origination, execution, and management of debt and equity investment opportunities in the oil and gas production, midstream gathering and processing, oilfield services, and oilfield fabrication sectors. He is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with financial intermediaries. He is an Officer at Energy Solutions Holdings, Inc. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Hull worked for Ballard Exploration, where he provided financial analyses for business development in upstream and midstream projects. From 2002 to 2004, he worked for L. M. Girard & Co., LP and was responsible for evaluating, structuring and conducting due diligence for leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to Robertson, Mr. Hull worked for three years as an Investment Banker with Merrill Lynch in New York and Southwest Securities in Dallas. He serves as a Director of CP Energy Services Inc. and Arctic Energy Services, LLC. Mr. Hull manages several prospect portfolio companies and is a Board Member of Gas Solutions, C&J Cladding, NRG Manufacturing, RV, and Freedom Marine. He has 15 years of finance industry experience. Mr. Hull has over six years of finance experience working in private equity and investment banking. He received his M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Mr. David L. Belzer serves as a Managing Director at Prospect Capital Management L.P. Mr. Belzer oversees the firm's direct Lending activities, which focus on private debt investments in non-sponsor owned middle-market businesses. He focuses on originating, executing, and managing debt and equity investments for Prospect in energy sector including oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas services, energy field services, pipelines, gas storage, and other industry sectors. Mr. Belzer is also responsible for managing many of Prospect's relationships with financial intermediaries. He has been an Investment Consultant of Prospect Management since November 2004. Mr. Belzer served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Blaylock & Company Inc. From February 2004 to November 2004, he provided investment consulting services to Sheridan Road Capital. From January 2000 to February 2004, Mr. Belzer served as Vice President, first of Fieldstone Private Capital Group and Blaylock & Partners. While at Fieldstone and Blaylock, he managed a variety of financing transactions in the oil and gas, utility, and power sectors, including public equity offerings, private placements and high yield offerings. Mr. Belzer served as a Member of the Structured Finance Group at General Electric Capital Corporation from 1998-1999, where he focused on originating and executing investments in the oil and gas sector. While at GE Capital, he structured over $250 million in limited partnership and senior secured investments in oil and gas assets. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Belzer worked for Wheelabrator Technologies Inc. While at Wheelabrator, he focused on power plant acquisitions and development of its inside-the-fence cogeneration strategy in the northeast. Mr. Belzer serves as a Director of CP Energy Services Inc. He has over 16 years of experience in energy finance. Mr. Belzer holds a NASD Series 7 license. Mr. Belzer holds an M.B.A. degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Indiana.

Mr. Trey Block, also known as Sam, CPA serves as Managing Director of Prospect Capital Corporation. Mr. Block serves as an Investment Professional at Prospect Capital Management L.P. Mr. Block is a part of the business development team at the Prospect Capital. He has been a Controller of OrbiMed Advisors, L.L.C. since 2015. Mr. Block was previously an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in its Private Equity and Real Estate Services Group. Prior to JP Morgan, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ideal Chemical & Supply Company. He served as a Principal of Accounting at The Carlyle Group LP for seven years responsible for managing Carlyle's Europe buyout, Europe technology and Middle East & North Africa buyout private equity funds with total commitments exceeding '10 billion. His responsibilities included investment structuring, investor relations, investor financial reporting and fund formation. He also served as the Chief Compliance Office for Prospect Capital Management's United Kingdom Investment Advisor. Mr. Block served as an Audit Senior Manager with Ernst & Young focused primarily on telecommunications and hospitality clients. He served as an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C. where he began his career. While in public accounting, Mr. Block served on a number of public companies in the Washington, D.C. area, particularly in the telecommunications industry. At Carlyle, he served on the boards of a number of Luxembourg, Irish and Guernsey entities. Mr. Block started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. He has been a C.P.A. in the state of Virginia since 1996. Mr. Block holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting with special attainments in Accounting and Commerce from Washington and Lee University.
