Mr. Jeffrey L. Ventura, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2012 and also its President since May 2008. Mr. Ventura served as an Executive Vice President of Range Resources Corp. since July 2003. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Range Resources Corp. from July 2003 to January 2012. Mr. Ventura served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Matador Petroleum Corporation from 1997 to 2003. He served as Vice President of Exploration and Development of Matador Petroleum Corp. Prior to 1997, Mr. Ventura spent eight years at Maxus Energy Corporation, where he managed engineering and development operations for the Southern Division and was responsible for coordinating engineering technology. Mr. Ventura has 24 years of technical and management experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as a Director of Communications of Maxus, Project Manager for Venezuela and immediately before joining Matador, he served as Manager for Division Engineering and Development Manager of New Ventures and Technology. Mr. Ventura worked for Tenneco Oil Exploration and Production Company for ten years in various domestic, international and corporate assignments. Mr. Ventura worked at Tenneco, where he held various engineering and operating positions. He has been the Chairman of Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2015. Mr. Ventura has been a Director of Range Resources Corporation since May 19, 2005. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Completion Engineering Association. He is serving a two-year term on the Advisory Board of The Completion Engineering Association and recently completed a three-year term serving on The Society of Petroleum Engineers Committee on Emerging and Peripheral Technology. Mr. Ventura graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1979.

He served as Senior Vice President of Range Resources Corp., from October 1, 2003 to May 2008 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer until September 10, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Matador Petroleum Corp. Mr. Manny was associated with Matador Petroleum Corp., since 1998. He spent 18 years at Bank of America and its predecessors where he served as its Senior Vice President in the energy group. Prior to joining Matador, he served as Senior Vice President, Client Manager of NationsBank Energy Finance Division. Mr. Manny joined the NationsBank Energy Finance Division in 1980 and served as its Relationship Manager in the Houston Energy Finance office until 1989. He served as Department Manager of NationsBank Energy since 1994 when he assumed responsibility for the London Energy office and joined the Energy Derivatives Management Committee. Following a restructuring in 1996, Mr. Manny was named one of six NationsBank Client Managers charged with originating and coordinating the delivery of commercial and investment banking products and services to the worldwide energy industry. Mr. Manny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Masters of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.

Mr. Poole has approximately 20 years of experience serving in various legal counsel capacities. He served as a Director of Oncor Electric Delivery Transition Bond Company LLC.
