Mr. Jeffrey L. Ventura, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2012 and also its President since May 2008. Mr. Ventura served as an Executive Vice President of Range Resources Corp. since July 2003. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Range Resources Corp. from July 2003 to January 2012. Mr. Ventura served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Matador Petroleum Corporation from 1997 to 2003. He served as Vice President of Exploration and Development of Matador Petroleum Corp. Prior to 1997, Mr. Ventura spent eight years at Maxus Energy Corporation, where he managed engineering and development operations for the Southern Division and was responsible for coordinating engineering technology. Mr. Ventura has 24 years of technical and management experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as a Director of Communications of Maxus, Project Manager for Venezuela and immediately before joining Matador, he served as Manager for Division Engineering and Development Manager of New Ventures and Technology. Mr. Ventura worked for Tenneco Oil Exploration and Production Company for ten years in various domestic, international and corporate assignments. Mr. Ventura worked at Tenneco, where he held various engineering and operating positions. He has been the Chairman of Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2015. Mr. Ventura has been a Director of Range Resources Corporation since May 19, 2005. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Completion Engineering Association. He is serving a two-year term on the Advisory Board of The Completion Engineering Association and recently completed a three-year term serving on The Society of Petroleum Engineers Committee on Emerging and Peripheral Technology. Mr. Ventura graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1979.

Mr. Chad L. Stephens, III, has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Range Resources Corporation since joining it in 1990. Mr. Stephens is responsible for the origination, valuation and acquisition or divestiture of over $4 billion of oil and gas producing properties. Mr. Stephens served as Senior Executive OXY USA, Inc. and EOG Resources, Inc. He served as Executive Officer at Wagner Oil Company (formerly Duer Wagner & Co.), since 1988. Prior thereto, he served as an Independent Oil Operator in Midland, Texas for four years. From 1979 to 1984, he served at Cities Service Company and HNG Oil Company. He has been Director at Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. since August 01, 2017. Mr. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Land Management from the University of Texas.

Mr. Roger S. Manny has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Range Resources Corporation since May 2008 and May 20, 2008 respectively. Mr. Manny serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Range Resources-Appalachia LLC, Mountain Front Partners, Llc, Range Energy I Inc., Range Energy Services Company, Range Holdco, Inc., American Energy Systems, Llc, Range Operating New Mexico, Inc., Range Operating Texas, Llc, Range Production Company, Range Resources-appalachia, Llc, Range Resources-midcontinent, Llc, Range Resources-pine Mountain, Inc., Range Texas Production, Llc and Revc Holdco, Llc. He served as Senior Vice President of Range Resources Corp., from October 1, 2003 to May 2008 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer until September 10, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Matador Petroleum Corp. Mr. Manny was associated with Matador Petroleum Corp., since 1998. He spent 18 years at Bank of America and its predecessors where he served as its Senior Vice President in the energy group. Prior to joining Matador, he served as Senior Vice President, Client Manager of NationsBank Energy Finance Division. Mr. Manny joined the NationsBank Energy Finance Division in 1980 and served as its Relationship Manager in the Houston Energy Finance office until 1989. He served as Department Manager of NationsBank Energy since 1994 when he assumed responsibility for the London Energy office and joined the Energy Derivatives Management Committee. Following a restructuring in 1996, Mr. Manny was named one of six NationsBank Client Managers charged with originating and coordinating the delivery of commercial and investment banking products and services to the worldwide energy industry. Mr. Manny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Masters of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.

Mr. David P. Poole has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Range Resources Corporation since June 2008. Mr. Poole serves at the Circle Ten Council of the Boy Scouts of America, where he serves as General Counsel to Circle Ten. He served as an Executive Vice President of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC. He served as General Counsel of Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC (Formerly, TXU Energy Company LLC) from 2004 to March 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Legal and General Counsel of Energy Future Holdings Corporation (formerly, Txu Corp. and EFH Corp.) from March 13, 2006 to March 24, 2008 and also served as its Chief Legal Officer of TXU Power. He served as an Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President for litigation and employment. Prior to TXU, Mr. Poole served TXU as an Outside Counsel. He served as Managing Partner of the Dallas office of Hunton & Williams LLP. Prior to TXU, he was a litigation Partner and served in a number of firm management roles including office managing partner of the Dallas office of the national law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of TXU Business Services Company or an Associate General Counsel or a local counsel of Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Mr. Poole has approximately 20 years of experience serving in various legal counsel capacities. He served as a Director of Oncor Electric Delivery Transition Bond Company LLC. He serves as a Member of the following organizations: State Bar of Texas, Bar of District of Columbia, Dallas Bar Association, Litigation Section; American Bar Association, Litigation Section and Society of Petroleum Engineers. He served as an Associate Editor of Texas Tech Law Review and a Member of Order of the Coif and Pi Kappa Phi at Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Poole received his JD magna cum laude in 1988 from Texas Tech University School of Law and also received a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1984.

Mr. Ray N. Walker, Jr., has been the Chief Operating Officer at Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2012 and its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2014. Mr. Walker served as Senior Vice President and Chairman of Marcellus Shale Coalition at Range Resources Corporation since May 5, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President - Marcellus Shale at Range Resources Corp. since February 2010. Mr. Walker joined Range in 2006. Mr. Walker served as Director of Production and Completion Services of New Tech Engineering, LP. Mr. Walker founded Stroud Oil Properties Inc., and served as its Co-Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer for over 2 years. Previously, Mr. Walker served as Vice President - Marcellus Shale, where he led the development of the Marcellus Shale's Marcellus Shale division. He served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Oracle Resources Ltd. Mr. Walker has with more than 34 years of oil and gas operations and management experience. He began rough necking on a drilling rig in 1975. He served UPRC as an Engineering Manager with direct Profit and Loss responsibilities for all onshore US assets (over 8,000 wells and over 800 field employees), and for both engineering and operations for a 65 drilling rig program in the US. Mr. Walker served on the leadership team at UPRC responsible for capital budgets with individual profit and loss responsibilities and supervised a large staff including engineers, geo-scientists, land professionals and field personnel. Mr. Walker served 12 years at Halliburton in various technical and management roles. He served nine years with Union Pacific Resources. He is an industry expert by many organizations in operational management, well design, completion technology, fracture diagnostics, horizontal drilling and the operations and management of large and complicated development programs. He served as a Director of Corsair Energy and TDC Engineering. He is a Registered Petroleum Engineer. Mr. Walker earned a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1979.

Mr. Dennis L. Degner has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Range Resources Corporation since January 2018 and served as its Vice President of Southern Marcellus Shale Division since June 21, 2016 until January 2018. Mr. Degner is heading Range Resources' operations for this region. He served as Vice President of operations at Range Resources since July 2014 with responsibility for the drilling, completion and production of Range's 500,000 acres in the region. He spent four years as Range's director of completions, having joined Range in July 2010 after a career as an engineer at EnCana and Sierra Engineering. He is a 2015 winner of the Pittsburgh Business Times Energy Leadership Award. Mr. Degner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Alan W. Farquharson has been Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Economics at Range Resources Corporation since January 1, 2012. Mr. Farquharson served as Senior Vice President - Reservoir Engineering at Range Resources Corporation since February 2007. He joined Range in 1998. Since joined Range, he has held the positions of Manager and Vice President of Reservoir Engineering. Previously, Mr. Farquharson held various positions with Union Pacific Resources including Engineering Manager Business Development of International. Prior to that, he held various technical and managerial positions at Amoco and Hunt Oil. Mr. Farquharson holds Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Kenneth Scott Roy has been Senior Vice President of Range Resources Corporation since May 24, 2017. Mr. Roy served as Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs - Marcellus Shale Division of Range Resources Corp. since October 7, 2009 until May 24, 2017. Mr. Roy served as Executive Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has spent more than 17 years in public service in various positions, including key roles in both the Rendell and Ridge administrations and served as Governor's liaison to various regulatory and environmental agencies. Mr. Roy earned his Bachelor's degree from Allegheny College and his Juris doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University.

Ms. Dori A. Ginn has been Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Range Resources Corporation since September 10, 2009 and January 1, 2014 respectively and serves as its Controller. Ms. Ginn served as Vice President of Range Resources Corporation since September, 2003. Since joining Range in 2001, she has held various positions within Range including Controller and Financial Reporting Manager. Prior to joining Range, Ms. Ginn held various accounting positions with Doskocil Manufacturing Company and Texas Oil and Gas Corporation. Ms. Ginn received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
