Mr. James E. Gilley has been Chief Scientist of RELM Wireless Corp. since August 4, 2017. Mr. Gilley served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of RELM Wireless Corp. from June 30, 2008 to August 4, 2017. Prior to RELM, Mr. Gilley served as Chief Scientist of Transcrypt International Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EFJ Inc. from September 1995 to June 2008. Mr. Gilley holds Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree, Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska in 1990 and 1985 respectively.

Mr. James R. Holthaus, also known as Jim, has been Chief Technology Officer at RELM Wireless Corporation since August 4, 2017. Mr. Holthaus directs all the RELM Wireless engineering and development initiatives. Mr. Holthaus joined RELM in 2007 and served as the Vice President-Project 25 Solutions, where he was responsible for product definition and market analysis with a focus on development of RELMs P25 mobile and portable radio products. Since 1993, Mr. Holthaus has been active in the development of land mobile radio products and the P25 Digital Radio Standards. He holds an M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Randy Willis has been Vice President of Operations at RELM Wireless Corporation since August 2017. Mr. Willis is in charge of all aspects of manufacturing and quality, with a broadly defined mission for improvement, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. He has extensive background and experience in these disciplines, having achieved certifications as a Lean Master and Six Sigma Black Belt. His professional experience includes leadership positions in manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, industrial engineering and program management. He holds both BS and MS degrees from East Carolina University in Industrial Technology.

Mr. William P. Kelly is a founding General Partner of Cast Iron Partners. Mr. Kelly has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at RELM Wireless Corp. since July 1997 and its Secretary since June 2000. He is also the founding Partner of the law firm of McCarthy & Kelly LLP. He serves as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of REALM Wireless Corporation since July 1997. From October 1995 to June 1997, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of REALM Wireless Corporation's subsidiary, REALM Communications, Inc. He served as Secretary and General Counsel of ScreamingMedia. From January 1993 to October 1995, he served as the Financial Director of Harris Corp. Semiconductor Sector. He served as an Executive Vice President of RELM Wireless Corp. He serves as a Director of ScreamingMedia.

Jim Holthaus serves as the Vice President Product Development of Relm Wireless Corporation. Jim started at Relm Wireless Corporation in Jul of 2007. Jim currently resides in the Greater Omaha Area.

Charles Burk serves as the Director Federal Sales of Relm Wireless Corporation. Charles started at Relm Wireless Corporation in March of 2015. Charles currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Lewis Johnson serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of Relm Wireless Corporation. Lewis started at Relm Wireless Corporation in May of 2016. Lewis currently resides in the Naples, Florida Area.
