Mr. John N. Varela has been Executive Vice President of Global Operations at RTI Surgical, Inc. since February 07, 2017. Mr. Varela served as a Vice President of US Operations at RTI Surgical Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Varela was the Director of Operations for Heraeus Electro-Nite, Inc. (a company involved in the measurement, monitoring and control of molten metals) from September 2011 to July 2014. Varela has more than seven years of experience in the medical device industry with such companies as Teleflex Medical from 2004 to 2008 and Accellent, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. In his role at Accellent, Mr. Varela served as Director of Operations implementing lean principles to transform manufacturing and improve delivery performance. Mr. Varela spent the early part of his career with General Electric as well as Phillips Lighting Company and has a total of over twenty-seven years of experience in various leadership positions within manufacturing and supply chain industries. Mr. Varela earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in environmental engineering from Drexel University. He has also earned his Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is certified in Production and Inventory Management.

Mr. Jonathon M. Singer has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sagent Pharmaceuticals Inc. since September 2011 and its Executive Vice President since March 2012. Mr. Singer has been the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at RTI Surgical, Inc. Since October 2, 2017 and has been its Corporate Secretary since September 2017. He responsible for Sagent's finance and accounting functions. He has more than 26 years of finance experience with publicly-traded companies. He served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Landauer Inc., from October 16, 2006 to September 9, 2011 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until September 09, 2011. He served as Vice President of Global Finance, Chief Financial Officer of Medical segment of Teleflex Incorporated since 2005. He served as a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Teleflex's Medical segment from 2004 to 2005. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Landauer, Inc. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Singer worked in a number of positions within the Medical Products and Services business segment of Cardinal Health, Inc., and Vice President for Strategy and Business Development. He served as a Director of RTI Surgical, Inc. from May 31, 2016 to October 2, 2017. Prior to 1998, he served as a Director for Investor Relations at R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company and began his professional career as a Senior Manager with KPMG International. He also worked in various capacities for R. R Donnelly & Sons. Mr. Singer holds a Master's Degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Ohio and holds a certified public accountant designation.

Mr. Kevin D. Brandt has been Chief Commercial Officer of Domestic Direct and Executive Vice President at RTI Surgical, Inc. since February 07, 2017. Mr. Brandt served as Vice President and General Manager of North American Spine at RTI Surgical Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Brandt oversees all North American and Canadian spine hardware and spine biologics portfolios, including all marketing, sales and customer services for RTI's spine business in these markets. Mr. Brandt joined RTI as Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Technologies Commercialization in June 2012 and served as its Head of RTI Direct Spine Business since January 2013. Mr. Brandt served for 18 years at Stryker Corporation, headquartered in Kalamazoo, Mich., where he held various leadership roles in the orthopedic and spinal divisions. He took executive education courses at the Wharton School of Business, Philadelphia, Penn.; US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md.; in New York, NY; and Omaha, Neb. He earned a Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance with distinction from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology in New York, NY.

Mr. Brian K. Hutchison served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of RTI Surgical, Inc. (Formerly, RTI Biologics, Inc) since December 5, 2001 until December 16, 2016. Mr. Hutchison joined RTI Biologics, Inc. on December 1, 2001 as President and Chief Executive Officer and served as its President since December 01, 2001 until February 2008. He served 12 years in various positions for Stryker Corporation as Vice President of worldwide product development and distribution and previously as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Stryker Howmedica's Osteonics Division. Mr. Hutchison served as the Chairman of RTI Biologics, Inc. from December 2002 to May 5, 2011. He serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of North Central Florida and BioFlorida. He has been a Director of Regeneration Technologies Inc. since 2002. He served as a Director of RTI Surgical, Inc. since December 2001 until December 17, 2016. Mr. Hutchison earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University in 1981. He also completed the Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School in 1995.
