Mr. Kenneth D. Trbovich, also known as Ken, has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Servotronics, Inc. since November 16, 2017 and served as its President from September 29, 2012 to November 16, 2017. Mr. Trbovich served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Ontario Knife Company at Servotronics, Inc. from September 29, 2012 to November 16, 2017 and May 2012 to November 16, 2017 respectively. Mr. Trbovich has been a full-time employee of the Servotronics since 2003. He also held the position of Vice President of Servotronics, Inc. from May 2010 to September 2012. Mr. Trbovich has been a Director at Servotronics, Inc. since November 21, 2012. He served as Director of International Sales for The Ontario Knife Company from May 2008 to May 2012 and served as its Director of Special Projects from May 2007 to May 2012. A Life Member of Mensa, he holds two undergraduate degrees in addition to earning Certificates of Completion for certain other Special Purpose Programs at the University of Buffalo, the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and others.

Ms. Lisa Bencel has been Chief Financial Officer of Servotronics, Inc. since January 16, 2017. Ms. Bencel has over 35 years of accounting and financial leadership experience in the defense and aerospace industry as well as other major manufacturing and technology companies. Her extensive career includes 15 years of experience at General Electric Company, primarily with GE Aerospace Group, performing a variety of financial and strategic planning, project/program accounting and compliance and budgetary control functions. After leaving GE as a Manager of Finance, she held several executive positions with increasing financial leadership responsibilities including Business Controller at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell), Vice President of Finance, Business Planning & Control at Ericsson, Vice President of Finance at L-3 Communication's Space & Navigation division and Controller at Raytheon Technical Services Company. Prior to joining Servotronics, she served as Global Controller and Treasurer at kgb (previously INFONXX). Ms. Bencel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. James C. Takacs has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Servotronics Inc. since October 7, 2016. Mr. Takacs served as Vice President at Servotronics Inc. since 2010 until October 7, 2016 and served as its Director of Operations from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Edward C. Cosgrove, Esq., has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Ontario Knife Co. since November 16, 2017. Mr. Cosgrove has been the President of Servotronics, Inc. since November 16, 2017. He serves as the Managing Partner of the Cosgrove Law Firm in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Cosgrove has a distinguished career that included service in the United States Army and the Federal Bureau of Investigation prior to practicing law for 49 years, including an eight-year term as Erie County District Attorney. He has been a Director of Servotronics Inc. since November 21, 2012. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1956 and a Doctor of Laws Degree from Georgetown University Law School in 1959.

Mr. Salvatore San Filippo, also known as Sam, has been a Senior Vice President of Servotronics Inc., since 2010 and served as its Vice President of Marketing & Sales of Servotronics Inc., since August 2007 until 2010. Mr. San Filippo served as a Director of Marketing and Sales of Servotronics Inc. since 2005 and also served as its Director of Sales from 2002 to 2005.

James Takacs serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Servotronics, Inc.. James started at Servotronics, Inc. in June of 2018. James currently resides in Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area.

Sam SanFilippo serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales of Servotronics, Inc.. Sam currently resides in the Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area.
