Philip Martin Horn, Phil Co-founded SmApper Technologies GmbH and serves as its Director of Business Development & Professional Services. Mr. Horn has 15 years of experience in storage, networking and security and manages all business development and professional services at SmApper. Previously he held positions at Network Appliance managing Strategic Alliances and leading the Content Delivery Business Unit Central Europe. He was a co-founder of Gerlach Security Management. He Architected the first webfarm in Germany for the European Computer Industry Research Center. He studied chemistry and computer science at the Technical University Munich.

Mr. Gunther Thiel is a Co-Founder of SmApper Technologies GmbH and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Mr. Thiel served as Head of Cloud at Swisscom AG until July 2014. Previously, he served as head of Network Appliance Field Marketing, Service Sales and Business Development, Central and Eastern EMEA at SmApper, and was responsible for solution sales, marketing and service operations. He served as Chief Information Officer of Tiroler Tageszeitung, a former Axel Springer company, where he was responsible for all IT, ICT development, Production and Media Information Management. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Innsbruck, Austria.

Mr. Thomas O. Bluth has been Managing Director at tiramizoo GmbH since 2014. Mr. Bluth's responsibilities include ensuring tiramizoo's continued growth and increasing internationalisation. Mr. Bluth is a Co-Founder of SmApper Technologies GmbH and serves as its Director of Finance. Mr. Bluth manages SmApper's financials, investor relations and operations. He has 18 years enterprise experience at the management level with finance and operations with international companies such as Network Appliance and Telekom Austria. Mr. Bluth is an economist who specialises in project and process management. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Innsbruck, Austria and a Master of Science Degree in Management & Controlling (MSc) from the Management Center Innsbruck, Austria.
