Mr. Daniel Birnbaum has been the Chief Executive Officer at SodaStream International Ltd. since January 2007. Mr. Birnbaum has been Chief Executive Officer of Soda Club Group at Soda-Club Enterprises NV since January 2007. He served as General Manager of Nike Israel from 2003 to 2006. Under his supervision, Nike Israel gained the leading position in Israel's sports industry and significantly enhanced its financial performance and brand strength. Prior to Nike, he was a founding member of Nuvisio Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2002. In 1995, he established Pillsbury Israel and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 1999. Before returning to Israel, he served senior marketing positions at Pillsbury International and Procter & Gamble in the United States. He has been Director of SodaStream International Ltd. since November 2010. Mr. Birnbaum holds an M.B.A. fromHarvard Business School and a B.A. degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Matti Yahav has been a Vice President of Global Marketing at SodaStream International Ltd. since June 2015. Mr. Yahav joined SodaStream in January 2015 and also served as Product Marketing Director. From 2008 to 2014, he worked at Osem-Nestle in various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager and Brand Manager. Mr. Yahav holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv - Yaffo and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Daniel Erdreich, also known as Danny, has been the Chief Financial Officer of SodaStream International Ltd. since March 2007. Mr. Erdreich joined SodaStream International in 1996, served as its Controller until 2000 and served as the Finance Manager for some of its affiliated entities from 2003 to 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Rit Technologies Ltd. From 1993 to 1996 and From 2000 to 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of public companies traded on Nasdaq and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Erdreich is a certified public accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an M.A. degree in Business Administration, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Idan Zu-Aretz has been Chief Operations Officer of SodaStream International Ltd. since May 2017. Prior to joining SodaStream, Mr. Zu-Aretz held senior management and leadership positions at Intel in Israel and abroad, accumulating extensive experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering management, global staffing and various cross-functional assignments including M&A integration and R&D site set-ups around the globe. From 2013 to 2017, he held several special assignment positions including General Manager of Intel's acquisition of Micron's Factory in Israel and General Manager, International Die Prep factory Jerusalem. During his tenure at Intel, he worked as technical assistant to Maxine Fassberg, president of Intel Israel. Mr. Zu-Aretz holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from the Ben Gurion University School of Management.

Mr. Jonathan Kolodny has been an Independent Director at SodaStream International Ltd. since December 22, 2015. Mr. Kolodny received a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard College and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge.

Mr. Henner Rinsche has been President of Europe at SodaStream International Ltd. since September 2015. Mr. Rinsche joined SodaStream in 2011 as the General Manager of Germany and Austria and was later appointed as the Regional Manager for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Prior to joining SodaStream, Mr. Rinsche worked at Henkel in global marketing and business development roles. From 2005 to 2010, he was the Marketing Director for Danone in Germany and Poland and General Manager of the Baltics. From 1998 to 2005, he worked at Pepsico in various local and regional marketing and country management roles in Germany and England. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rinsche holds a European business degree with first class honors from Humberside University in England and a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree from the Fachhochschule Muenster in Germany.
