Positive so far, there are certain things that are changing (IT migration etc) that of course have growing pains to work through like in any company but there is always communication about changes and open forums to ask questions.
It's a good company to work for
I absolutely love their very vocal commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The desire to transform not just IT but the org and being allowed to explore those ideas.
Working at SEI is great and has multiple pros with some cons as expected.
