great benefits plan with lots of paid vacation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. Stock benefits, insurance, and 401k matching are not great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The desire to transform not just IT but the org and being allowed to explore those ideas.
I love how many STEM women of color employees and contractors I work with.

Work-life balance comes first and is on the mind of every leader I've ever had at this org.
A lot of hard working and intelligent coworkers

multi-step but was explained a head of time. moved pretty quick
