Mr. Kenneth E. Pfeiffer serves as a Vice President of Engineering at Superconductor Technologies Inc. since 2012. Mr. Pfeiffer served as Vice President of Engineering at Veeco Instruments Inc. Mr. Adam L. Shelton has been Vice President of Product Management and Marketing of Superconductor Technologies Inc. since April 17, 2006. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Shelton served as Senior Director of marketing for Motorola, where he was responsible for the marketing of Motorola Networks' products. From 2003 to 2005, he was Senior Director of marketing for Advanced Fibre Communications (AFC) now Tellabs and held various management and executive management positions with Mahi Networks, ATU Communications and Bell Canada. Mr. Shelton graduated with dean's honors as a Civil Engineering Technologist from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada.
William Buchanan

Mr. William J. Buchanan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Superconductor Technologies Inc. since May 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Buchanan served as Controller of Superconductor Technologies Inc. since June 2000 until May 2010. Mr. Buchanan joined Superconductor Technologies Inc. in January 1998 and has served in various accounting positions prior to becoming the Controller. For 16 years prior to joining Superconductor Technologies Inc., he was a self-employed private investor and investment advisor. For the nine years prior to that, he served in various executive and accounting positions with Applied Magnetics Corp. and Raytheon Co. Mr. Buchanan holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Fresno.
