Mr. Jing Jin has been Chief Financial Officer of Tantech Holdings Ltd. since May 03, 2016. Mr. Jin has more than 8 years of experience in senior finance positions. Most recently, Mr. Jin served as Senior Consultant for a Chinese consultant firm responsible for M&A transaction deals. Prior to that, Mr. Jin served as Senior Financial Advisor for a Canadian consultant firm. Mr. Jin has been a Guest Lecturer at Shanghai International Banking and Finance Institute, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a lecturer at Shanghai Golden Education Group since 2014. Mr. Jin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and was enrolled in Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr. Jin is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of New Hampshire.

Mr. Qingsong Dong has been Treasurer of Tantech Holdings Ltd since March 2010. and has been its Controller since March 2010. Mr. Dong serves as Controller of Zhejiang Tantech Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Dong served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Tantech Holdings Ltd from February 1, 2016 to May 3, 2016. Mr. Dong joined Bamboo Tech in March 2010. He served as Company Treasurer at Bamboo Tech since March 2010. From September 2003 to February 2010, he worked in the Kangchao Group Guangzhou Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an Accountant and Finance Manager. From February 2003 to September, he worked for Zhejiang Kangli Metal Products Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kangchao Group, as an accountant in Hangzhou. From 1998 to 2002, he served as Assistant Accountant at Dexing Credit Union, in Dexing City, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from the Jiangxi Academy of Finance in June 1998 in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Dr. Zaihua Chen serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Tantech Holdings Ltd. Dr. Chen has been Chief Technical Officer and Technology Director of Zhejiang Tantech Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. (Bamboo Tech) since August 2008. Dr. Chen joined Bamboo Tech in August 2008. From 2006 to 2008, he served as Technology Director at Japan KANAC Co., Ltd, also in Takamatsu, Japan. From April 2001 to March 2006, he served as Leader of R&D in Research Institute for Solvothermal Technology at the Japan Research Institute in Takamatsu, Japan. He is an academic in the field of general science, physics and chemistry and has spent almost two decades in Japan. He earned his Ph.D. at Chiba University in Natural Science Research in March 2000 from the Graduate School of Science and Technology and extended his experience with Postdoctoral research at Yokohama National University in 2001 in Yokohama, Japan, focusing on Eco-Technology. He graduated in 1985 from Fuzhou University with a degree in Chemistry, in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. In March 1994, he earned his Master's Degree from Chiba University (Japan), in Education.

Mr. Jianming Wu has been Chief Operating Officer of Zhejiang Tantech Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. since February 1, 2011. Mr. Wu has been Chief Operating Officer of Tantech Holdings Ltd since joined in February 1, 2011. Mr. Wu served as General Manager of Zhejiang WeiKang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from June 2005 to February 2011. Prior to that, he was a Deputy Manager of Zhejiang WeiKang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from June, 2003 to May, 2005. He worked for Zhejiang Ruixin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a Manager of Technical Department and Quality Control Department from March, 2000 to May, 2003. From September 1990 to February 2000, he served for Zhenan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a Technician and Manager. He graduated from Hangzhou University in June 1998 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He joined an Executive MBA program in China People's University from 2006 to 2008 and once joined a Pharmaceutical DBA program in Beijing University from 2009 to 2011.

Dr. Limin Wang has been Chief Scientist of Tantech Holdings Ltd. since June 2015. Additionally, Dr. Wang has engaged in the research of metallic material for over 20 years and is a widely known expert in the research of hydrogen storage alloys, storage battery and the development of entropy of hydrogen storage alloys used in high-capacity NiMH battery in wide temperature region. Dr. Wang has been named one of the 100 Global Experts by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Mr. Yuxun Yang has been Chief Engineer of Tantech Holdings Ltd. since June 2015. Mr. Yang is an expert with more than 20 years' experience in the battery research and manufacturing industry. Mr. Yang has several achievements in the application of carbon film based materials and the research of square power batteries.
