The comp plan is uncapped. As long as a client is with you, you continue to get paid on them. There are great bonus incentives on top of your salary, & commission.

Our team was put together very well. We are all team players & bring something different to the table. There has been no drama. With that being said we have recently had a “repositioning” of a coworker, who came back to sales. This team member is in good w/ the CEO & uses it to there benefit.
