Mr. Roger N. Wurtele has been Chief Financial Officer of Torchlight Energy Resources, Inc. since September 9, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Wurtele has 40 years of experience as a CPA. Mr. Wurtele serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Alchemy Creative, Inc. Since May 2013 until September 2013, he has worked as a financial consultant for Torchlight Energy Resources. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xtreme Oil & Gas, Inc. from February 22, 2010 to September 3, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Energy & Engine Technology Corp. from December 2001 to May 2006. Since 1998, he served as Manager and principal Financial Officer of Millennium Fuels, USA, LLC. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Wurtele served as the President and Director of Controllership Services, Inc. He served as Director of Energy & Engine Technology Corp. from December 2001 to May 2006. From November 2007 to January 2010, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Lang and Company LLC. He created accounting, reporting and compliance systems and managed the administrative office location. As the former Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, he has a broad range of experience in public accounting, corporate finance and executive management. Mr. Wurtele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and is admitted as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Colorado and Louisiana.
