Mr. Harvey B. Grossblatt has been the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Security Instruments Inc. since August 2004 and its President since June 1996 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since April 2003 until August 2004. Mr. Grossblatt served as the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Security Instruments Inc. from October 1983 to August 2004 and its Secretary and Treasurer from September 1988 to August 2004 and previously served as its Chief Operating Officer from April 2003 to August 2004. He served as Vice President of Universal Security Instruments Inc. from December 1986 to June 1996. He serves as the Chairman of Universal Security Instruments Inc., and has been its Director since September 1996.

Phil Haigh served as Vice President of Consumer Sales at Universal Security Instruments Inc. since November 21, 2003. Mr. Haigh has more than 20 years of sales and retail experience to the newly created position. Mr. Haigh joined Universal Security Instruments from Competitis, a turnkey sales and marketing organization dedicated to bringing new products to market in the hardware industry. Previously, Mr. Haigh spent eight years as sales manager for Kidde Safety and 10 years as national sales manager for Whistler Electronics. He received his MBA from Suffolk University.

Mr. James B. Huff has been Chief Financial Officer of Universal Security Instruments Inc. since August 30, 2004 and has been its Secretary and Treasurer since October 2004. Prior to joining Universal Security Instruments Inc., from December 2003 until August 2004, Mr. Huff was controller of Essex Corporation, a Columbia, Maryland based public company which provides intelligence engineering services to federal government agencies. From August 2002 until November 2003, Mr. Huff served as chief financial officer of Computer Temporaries, Inc., Lanham, Maryland; from August 2000 until July 2002, he was chief financial officer of HLM Architects and Engineering, Inc., a Charlotte, North Carolina based public company; and from January 1990 until November 1999, Mr. Huff was chief financial officer of RMF Engineering, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland.
