Mr. Jeff Kesler has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Veritex Holdings, Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Kesler is responsible for credit quality and profitability of the lending function. He has been Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Veritex Community Bank since May 2014. Mr. Kesler leads and directs the efforts of Veritex Community Bank's loan and relationship officers. He oversees Veritex Community Bank's loan operations as well as helps to develop new lines of loan business including Small Business Administration lending, Wealth Management, Equipment Loans and Asset Lending. He is a key member of the team responsible for the profitable growth of all Veritex's lending functions. As a member of Veritex Community Bank's executive leadership team, he works closely with the President/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and other senior management members preparing and achieving strategic business initiatives, overseeing lending functions, lending strategies, underwriting and risk management and managing the overall credit risk of Veritex Community Bank's loan portfolio. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Kesler served as a Market President of Veritex Community Bank's North Dallas region. From May 2013 to May 2014, he served as the Director of Loan Originations for United Development, a real estate investment trust. Mr. Kesler began his career in 2000 at Colonial Bank where he served in various capacities, eventually becoming an area president for the Dallas and Austin markets. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Gleneagles Country Club. Mr. Kesler received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Fort Hays State University in 2000.

Mrs. LaVonda Renfro has been Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at Veritex Holdings, Inc. since 2010. Before joining Veritex Community Bank, she served as the retail executive for the $1.6 billion asset size Texas region of BB&T (formerly Colonial Bank) from 2005 to 2010. Mrs. Renfro's position as retail executive includes the management of the following areas/lines of business: deposit operations, merchant services, private banking, business banking and treasury management. From 1994 to 2005, Ms. Renfro was Senior Vice President, District Manager for Bank of America's Austin and San Antonio Markets.

Ms. Noreen Skelly has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Veritex Holdings, Inc. since June 2012. Ms. Skelly has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Veritex Community Bank since June 2012. Prior to joining Highlands Bank, Ms. Skelly served as Senior Vice President and Division Finance Officer for the Retail Bank at Comerica Bank in Dallas from 2007 to 2009. She developed her finance career over 20 years in Chicago, Illinois, serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Personal Financial Services as well as the Global Securitization and Trust Services at Bank of America (formerly, LaSalle National Bank) from 2002 to 2007. She served as First Vice President and Financial Controller of ABN AMRO IT Services Company from 1996 to 2002, where she supported the integration of major bank acquisitions. From 1996 to 2007, Ms. Skelly served in various capacities for ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank eventually becoming Senior Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of the Retail Line of Business. Ms. Skelly's career began at Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 1987 where she held various positions within the Financial Management and Accounting areas. At Federal Reserve Bank, Ms. Skelly also served as Accounting Policy Analyst for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington D.C. since 1996. Ms. Skelly is a Member of Christ The King Catholic Church and is an active Volunteer at Christ The King School. Ms. Skelly is a graduate of Ursuline Academy. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987 and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business in 1993.
