Take the foot of the gas. Focus on quality work and technology instead of maximizing budgets to the penny. Invest in training for all employees not just off-shore.

CEO needs some CEO training. CEO engages too much with clients and day-to-day activity and instead should be focusing on bigger picture decisions.
