Mr. Gerhard Lombard serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Crescent Capital Group, LP. Mr. Lombard serves as Treasurer and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer at WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. since June 15, 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since June 15, 2014. Mr. Lombard served as Controller at WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. from September 2012 to June 2014. Mr. Lombard served as Senior Vice President of Churchill Financial Group, Inc., and served as its Controller from 2007 to June 15, 2014. Mr. Lombard served as Senior Manager in the Financial Services Practice at Ernst & Young responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, audit execution and client service delivery. At Ernst & Young , Mr. Lombard worked in its Africa, Europe, Middle Eastern and Los Angeles locations for 11 years. Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen, Amsterdam. Mr. Lombard is a C.A. (SA). He holds a B.Acc. from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa; and a B.Comm., with honors, from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Mr. Marco A. Collazos has been Chief Compliance Officer at WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. since November 2014. Mr. Collazos has also been Director of Compliance for H.I.G. Capital since May 2013. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, he served as Chief Compliance Officer in the Americas for EFG International from March 2011 to April 2013 and was a Senior Compliance Officer for Bulltick Capital Markets from April 2008 to February 2011. Mr. Collazos previously worked as a Principal Consultant with ACA Compliance Group (a regulatory and compliance consulting firm), as well as a Compliance Examiner for several years with the SEC and with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Mr. Collazos received a B.S. from the University of Central Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
