Mr. William C. Gallagher, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer of WMIH Corp. since May 15, 2015. Mr. Gallagher served as an Executive Vice President at Bluestem Group Inc., (Formerly, Capmark Financial Group Inc.). He served as the President of Capmark Financial Group Inc. since February 2011 until November 2014 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He is the President of Capmark Financial Group Inc of Capmark Japan GK. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Capmark Financial Group, Inc. from March 2009 to February 2011. He was responsible for credit and portfolio risk management. Prior to joining Capmark Financial Group, Inc., Mr. Gallagher served as the Chief Credit Officer of RBS Sempra Commodities from November 2008 to February 2009 and Chief Credit Officer of RBS Greenwich Capital from September 1989 to October 2008. Prior to joining Capmark, Mr. Gallagher served as the Chief Credit Officer of RBS Greenwich Capital from September 1989 to February 2009. He has been a Director at Capmark Financial Group Inc. since September 2011 and WMIH Corp. since May 15, 2015. He holds MBA from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business and Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University.

Mr. Timothy F. Jaeger has been an the Interim Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at WMIH Corp. since May 28, 2012 and June 25, 2012 respectively. Mr. Jaeger serves as Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary at WMIH Corp. He is a principal of CXO Consulting Group, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of accounting experience. From December 2006 to March 2012, he served as Senior Vice President-Chief Accounting Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Macqurie AirFinance, Ltd. From November 2006 to December 2009, he was a partner of Tatum Partners, LLC, an executive services and consulting firm in the U.S. From June 2005 to October 2006, he served as principal of CXO Consulting Group, LLC, was Interim Controller/Sarbanes Oxley Coordinator at ICON Estates/Robert Mondavi Winery/Constellation Brands.

Mr. Charles Edward Smith has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of WMIH Corp. since March 19, 2012. Mr. Smith serves as an Executive Vice President at WMIH Corp. Mr. Smith served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of WMIH Corp. (formerly Washington Mutual Inc.) since March 19, 2012.

Mr. Thomas L. Fairfield, also known as Tom, B.S.F.S., Esq. has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of WMIH Corp. since May 15, 2015. Mr. Fairfield served as an Executive Director of WMIH Corp. since May 15, 2015 until June 01, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Capmark Financial Group Inc. since March 2006 and since February 2011 respectively and served as its General Counsel and Secretary from March 2006 to January 2012. Mr. Fairfield joined Capmark in 2006. Mr. Fairfield co-founded Blackstorm Labs Inc and serves as its Chief Scientist from January 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President , Secretary and General Counsel of Mortgage Investments, Llc. since March 2006. Mr. Fairfield was a Partner of Reed Smith LLP from September 2005 to March 2006. He served at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP from February 2000 to August 2005 and LeBeouf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, from January 1991 to February 2000, where his practice focused primarily on general corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and financial services. Mr. Fairfield practiced corporate and securities law for more than 20 years. He has been a Director of Courtagen Life Sciences, Inc. since May 2015. He served as a Director at The Cash Store Financial Services Inc. He has been a Director at Bluestem Group Inc., (Formerly, Capmark Financial Group Inc.) since September 2011. He served as Director of 1511419 Ontario Inc. since August 14, 2013 until April 16, 2014. He is admitted to the bar of the states of Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York and the District of Columbia and is a Member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. Mr. Fairfield has a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University.
