Mr. Isaac Mizrahi serves as the Chief Designer of Isaac Mizrahi Brand at Xcel Brands, Inc. Mr. Mizrahi has been a Creative Director of Liz Claiborne brand of Liz Claiborne Inc., since January 2008. Mr. Mizrahi oversee Liz Claiborne's design and marketing functions for women's apparel, accessories and licensing. Mr. Mizrahi has been awarded four CFDA awards, including a special award in 1996 for the groundbreaking documentary UNZIPPED. In 2000 he starred in the one-man off-Broadway show, Les MIZrahi. Mr. Giuseppe Falco, also known as Joe, serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Xcel Brands, Inc. Mr. Falco served as the President at The Isaac Mizrahi Brand, a brand of Xcel Brands, Inc. (Formerly, NetFabric Holdings, Inc.) since September 2011 and served as its Chief merchant since January 1, 2017. Mr. Falco served as Chief Operating Officer of The Isaac Mizrahi Brand, a brand of Xcel Brands, Inc. since September 2011. He is a Merchant with almost two decades of experience in managing lifestyle brands and business development. Mr. Falco served as President of Misook, a division of HMX from 2009 to 2010 and a Worldwide President and Chief Merchant for Elie Tahari from 2007 to 2009. He served as President of Sixty USA from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Falco served as a Senior Vice President for Dolce & Gabbana from 1998 to 2004, where he was responsible for North American development and operations. Mr. Falco started his career with the luxury retailer Barneys New York where he was a student of product, merchandising and brand communication.

Mr. James F. Haran has been the Chief Financial Officer of Xcel Brands, Inc. since September 16, 2011 and serves as its Assistant Secretary and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer. Mr. Haran served as an Executive Vice President of M&A and Operations of NexCen Brands Inc. since June 6, 2006. Mr. Haran served as Acting Executive Vice President of Finance of Franchise Management for NexCen Brands, Inc. Mr. Haran served as Chief Financial Officer of IPX Capital, LLC and related subsidiaries, a consumer products advisory firm from 2009 to 2011, Prior to joining NexCen, Mr. Haran served for nine years as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of UCC Capital Corporation. Mr. Haran has a broad range of business experience in structured finance, M&A and consulting. For the past eight years, his focus has been on maximizing value and creating leveraged opportunities for IP centric companies and assets. Prior to joining UCC, he was a Partner at Sidney Yoskowitz and Company P.C., a regional diversified certified public accounting firm. During his tenure, which began in 1987, his focus was on real estate and financial services companies. Mr. Haran served his clients on an array of strategic and operational levels. He played a key role in the BCBG Max Azria transaction, winner of the Institutional Investor's Securitization News 2004 Deal of the Year Award. Mr. Haran is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, at Plattsburgh.
