We have the ability to be productive and effective.

Caring for the people that provide service to the people we serve. They lack communication , consistency and equitable salaries

We are not paid livable salaries. We would feel better if we were compensated monetarily for the work we do, and paid market value wages.

Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?

Don't remember it was over 19 years ago. However I appreciated the fact that I went through a few interviews before I was hired. I liked the screening process.

To understand that we are a team and work for one agency. Fiscal supports residential which supports the people we serve. This is why we have jobs and receive Gov't funds.

Upper Management does not care about how the low level workers are impacted by the unlivable wages. Invest more in STAFF than technologies. You need people to take care of people!
