everything from care to the ppl they support to the help they provide their staff. They rather ride around in a mercedes sprinter van then use the money to invest in good transportation for the ppl we support or better par for employees. ceo makes more than the president in a year "non for profit"

We are not paid livable salaries. We would feel better if we were compensated monetarily for the work we do, and paid market value wages.

To understand that we are a team and work for one agency. Fiscal supports residential which supports the people we serve. This is why we have jobs and receive Gov't funds.
Don't remember it was over 19 years ago. However I appreciated the fact that I went through a few interviews before I was hired. I liked the screening process.
its to easy to get a job at an agency that require people with skills and intelligence
changing the ppl who run the agency with altruistic individuals who put the care of the patient first not the bonus on their checks
Upper Management does not care about how the low level workers are impacted by the unlivable wages. Invest more in STAFF than technologies. You need people to take care of people!
