Mr. Byron S. Foster has been Executive Vice President of Adient plc since October 31, 2016. Mr. Foster is responsible for seating business in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. He leads the global JIT, foam and trim businesses, focusing on operational excellence and effective program execution and launch. He served as the Group Vice President & General Manager for Complete Seat and Strategy of Johnson Controls' Automotive Experience business from 2015 to 2016. He served as the Group Vice President & General Manager for Customer Groups & Strategy for Johnson Controls' Automotive Experience business from 2012 to 2015. He served as the Group Vice President & General Manager for Metals at Johnson Controls' Automotive Experience business from 2011 to 2012. He served as General Manager and Group Vice President of Automotive Group, Customer Business Units-North America at Johnson Controls International plc (formerly, Johnson Controls Inc.) since November 22, 2004. Mr. Foster has held a number of management positions with Johnson Controls since he joined Johnson Controls, Inc. in 1997. Most recently, he served as Managing Director responsible for all of its Mercedes-Benz M-Class business. Prior to that, he served as Plant Manager of the Johnson Controls Belcamp, Md., seating facility. Mr. Foster served as Director of strategic planning for the Automotive Systems Group. Before joining Johnson Controls, Mr. Foster was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen and Hamilton and a purchasing development analyst with the Naval Systems Division of Westinghouse Electric Company. Mr. Foster earned a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School Management and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Jeffrey M. Stafeil, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Adient plc since April 1, 2016. Mr. Stafeil served as Chief Financial Officer of Visteon Corporation since October 31, 2012 until March 31, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President since November 2, 2012 until March 31, 2016. Mr. Stafeil was a Partner of Heartland Industrial Partners, L.P. and Heartland Industrial Partners I, L.P. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of DURA Automotive Systems, LLC (alternate name, Dura Automotive Systems Inc.) from December 2008 to 2010 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 2010 to 2012. Mr. Stafeil served as a Special Advisor of Asahi Tec Corporation. Prior to joining DURA, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board of Kl???ckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG (alternate name, Kl???ckner Pentaplast GmbH & Co. KG). He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Oldco M Corporation (also known as, Metaldyne Corp.) from 2001 to April 2, 2007. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer of Oldco M Corporation until March 27, 2007 and its Vice President and Corporate Controller from February 2001 to July 2003. He was responsible for all corporate financial activities. In addition, he also assumes a senior role at RHJ International (RHJI). Since joining Metaldyne in 2001, Mr. Stafeil led the Investor Relations function, providing a clear and credible voice to Metaldyne's investors during a period of challenging financial markets. He served as Executive Vice President of Metaldyne Company. Prior to Metaldyne, he served as Senior Managing Director of Heartland Industrial Partners from 1992 to November 2005, where he led the effort to create a new Metaldyne financial culture and also held various positions with Mobil Corporation, Peterson Consulting and Ernst & Young. He was a Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton from July 1998 to 2000. Among other activities while in this role, Mr. Stafeil led the shared services implementation across a multinational petroleum company. He served as a Director of Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. since August 2014 until April 06, 2017. He served as a Director of Mentor Graphics Corporation since 2014 until March 30, 2017. He served as a Director of DURA Automotive Systems, LLC from June 27, 2008 to October 2012 and Meridian Corporation from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a Director of J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc. From 2006 to 2009, he served as a Director of Meridian Automotive Systems. He served as a Director of Hanon Systems Corp. since November 20, 2012. He served as a Board Member of Kl???ckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG. He served as a Director of Oldco M Corporation from February 2007 to April 2, 2007. He served as a Director of HHI. He holds CPA accreditation. Mr. Stafeil holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and an Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business Duke University.

Mr. Eric S. Mitchell has been Executive Vice President at Adient plc since November 01, 2016. Mr. Mitchell helps cultivate strong customer relationships across Adient, in addition to overseeing core competencies in metals and mechanisms, fabrics and specialty seating. He also leads China operations, as well the relationship with Yanfeng Automotive Interiors joint venture, in which he holds a 30 percent equity stake. And as the leader of a newly formed Innovation and Marketing teams, he focus on expanding business beyond the automotive industry. Mr. Mitchell served as the Vice President & General Manager for North America at Johnson Controls' Building Efficiency business from 2015 to 2016. He served as the Vice President and General Manager for Aftermarket at of Johnson Controls' Power Solutions business from 2013 to 2014. He served as the Group Vice President and General Manager for Components & Sourcing at Johnson Controls' Power Solutions business from 2012 to 2013. He served as the Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at Johnson Controls' Power Solutions business from 2009 to 2012. He has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive sector serving in multiple regional and global leadership roles, spending nearly two decade overseas including nine years in Asia and nine years in Europe. Early in his career, he held a variety of financial and operational positions for TRW Automotive, where he served as Regional Finance Director for Asia and Europe in Asia. Mr. Mitchell holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in international business from the University of Michigan.
