Most recently, he served as Managing Director responsible for all of its Mercedes-Benz M-Class business. Prior to that, he served as Plant Manager of the Johnson Controls Belcamp, Md., seating facility. Mr. Foster served as Director of strategic planning for the Automotive Systems Group. Before joining Johnson Controls, Mr. Foster was a Senior Associate with Booz Allen and Hamilton and a purchasing development analyst with the Naval Systems Division of Westinghouse Electric Company. Mr. Foster earned a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School Management and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Stafeil served as a Special Advisor of Asahi Tec Corporation. Prior to joining DURA, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board of Kl???ckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG (alternate name, Kl???ckner Pentaplast GmbH & Co. KG). He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Oldco M Corporation (also known as, Metaldyne Corp.) from 2001 to April 2, 2007. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer of Oldco M Corporation until March 27, 2007 and its Vice President and Corporate Controller from February 2001 to July 2003. He was responsible for all corporate financial activities. In addition, he also assumes a senior role at RHJ International (RHJI). Since joining Metaldyne in 2001, Mr. Stafeil led the Investor Relations function, providing a clear and credible voice to Metaldyne's investors during a period of challenging financial markets. He served as Executive Vice President of Metaldyne Company. Prior to Metaldyne, he served as Senior Managing Director of Heartland Industrial Partners from 1992 to November 2005, where he led the effort to create a new Metaldyne financial culture and also held various positions with Mobil Corporation, Peterson Consulting and Ernst & Young. He was a Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton from July 1998 to 2000. Among other activities while in this role, Mr. Stafeil led the shared services implementation across a multinational petroleum company. Early in his career, he held a variety of financial and operational positions for TRW Automotive, where he served as Regional Finance Director for Asia and Europe in Asia. Mr. Mitchell holds a dual Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in international business from the University of Michigan.

From February 1999 to August 1999, he served E.I. Du Pont as its Global HR Director Global Services Division. Mr. Marchuk rejoined DuPont in 1995 as human resources director, Greater China and served until 1999 when he returned to North America. In the last five years at DuPont, he has held various functional leadership roles with global responsibilities at both divisional and corporate levels. Mr. Marchuk serves as a Director of Michigan Virtual University. He is a member of the Board of the United States Overseas Schools Advisory Council, a group chartered by the Secretary of State and Michigan Virtual University. Mr. Marchuk has served on a variety of not-for-profit local boards for organizations including the United Way, Big Brothers and Junior Achievement and in China on the Shanghai American School's Finance Committee. Mr. Marchuk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and management from the University of Windsor in Canada and a Master's Degree in business, marketing and marketing management from the University of Paisley in the United Kingdom.
