Mr. Jeffrey M. Stafeil, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Adient plc since April 1, 2016. Mr. Stafeil served as Chief Financial Officer of Visteon Corporation since October 31, 2012 until March 31, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President since November 2, 2012 until March 31, 2016. Mr. Stafeil was a Partner of Heartland Industrial Partners, L.P. and Heartland Industrial Partners I, L.P. Prior to Metaldyne, he served as Senior Managing Director of Heartland Industrial Partners from 1992 to November 2005, where he led the effort to create a new Metaldyne financial culture and also held various positions with Mobil Corporation, Peterson Consulting and Ernst & Young. He was a Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton from July 1998 to 2000. Among other activities while in this role, Mr. Stafeil led the shared services implementation across a multinational petroleum company. He served as a Director of Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. since August 2014 until April 06, 2017. He served as a Director of Mentor Graphics Corporation since 2014 until March 30, 2017. He served as a Director of DURA Automotive Systems, LLC from June 27, 2008 to October 2012 and Meridian Corporation from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a Director of J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc. From 2006 to 2009, he served as a Director of Meridian Automotive Systems. He served as a Director of Hanon Systems Corp. since November 20, 2012.
